The colour is deep brown red (55 EBC), the liquid is clear. The beige compact two-finger head sinks down leaving some lacing.
The smell is clean, smooth, sweet and malty. Roasted nuts, hints of alcohol and red berries.
The taste is dry with malty notes of red berries, orange peels and biscuits. Medium body. The aftertaste is semi-sweet with alcohol, dried fruits, biscuits and growing bitterness.
Mid-sized sharp bubbles, semi-dry liquid.
Clean and straightforward, almost tedious.
