The beer pours with a slight fizzing sound. The large head is compact and white. It sinks leaving some lacing. The clear liquid is pale gold (7 EBC).
The smell is sweet and a bit sharp. Noble hops and a medium sized bitterness. Flowers and bread. Hints of yeast and butter.
The taste is quite hoppy: Clean somewhat grassy and dry noble hops. Some discreet sweet flavours in the background. The bitterness is quite strong, being a macro 3.5 % lager. The aftertaste is a bit buttery and quite dry.
The carbonation is medium strong with small smooth bubbles. The liquid is, in fact, quite smooth.
A pleasant “folköl” with more aroma hops than expected.
