The beer is clear dark amber, small bubbles, an off-white rather dense head that settles rather quickly, little lacing and small curtains.
Smelling of sweet caramel malt, raisins, oatmeal porridge with syrup. A hint of cardboard.
Sweet upfront, brown bread, raisins, oranges, some chemical acidity and a slight but quickly vanishing bitterness.
Little carbonation, small bubbles, thin and watery, a slightly dry finish.
It's hard to do tasty Vienna lagers at 3.5%, and this is no exception.
