375ml bottle. No dating information found. Label has the ABV% as 4.8%
Cloudy, straw colored body. Brief off white head. After a minute or so there is no head nor a ring. No lacing.
Aroma of lemon, lime, and guava.
Taste is dry and tart, with the sweetness of guava. Lemon and lime mix in. Lactic funk, and woody. Quick end to the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Close to a tooth scraper tartness. Supportive carbonation.
Refreshing but rather one note with the guava.

$ 15.58 (Including shipping)/750 mL bottle ($ 0.614/oz) from Tavour, Seattle, WA. Reviewed 1/3/19.
Undated bottle. Stored at 42 degrees and served at 42 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter.
Appearance – 3.5.
Body – Light yellow, very slight haze, effervescent.
Head – Large (Maximum four cm, controlled center pour), white, low density, fizzy, rapidly diminishing to a three mm ring fed by effervescence and thin complete layer. These also rapidly diminish to no layer and a few random bubbles.
Lacing – None.
First pour – Very light yellow, nearly colorless, clear.
Aroma – 4 – Primarily guava but some other very weak fruity esters tag along.
Flavor – 3.5 – Weak, almost perfumy taste. Ends pleasantly tart. No alcohol (5.7% ABV), no diacetyl, no dimethylsulfide.
Palate – 3 – Thin, watery, lively carbonation.
Impression and interpretation – 3.75 – Refreshing. Flavor is much weaker than the enchanting nose suggests. Overpriced.
