A: Lots of kaffir lime with a faint amount of fruitiness and grainy aroma.
A: Light gold color, totally clear, with an uneven, white head that quickly recedes into the glass.
T: Super prominent lime leaf, followed by a light grainy malts, slightly sweet with a semi-dry finish.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Alright; kaffir lime leaf is a difficult ingredient to work with and a little goes a long way. Lime leaf is a bit overpowering for the light, subtle grisette base.
