A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a deep golden orange beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky two fingers of of white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of juicy cherries with some lime zest and ginger with a touch of oak
T: Taste is juicy sour cherries with some ginger and lime zest. There's some oak going on as well with hints of caramel and a touch of funk. On the swallow there's more sour cherries, lime zest and some warming ginger.
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of medium with a smooth and soft feel on the palate. Carbonation is lightly effervescent while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a pretty nice beer. It has good flavors and some nice complexity that makes it fun to drink. The sourness isn't too in your face and it isn't strong enough to overpower the rest of the flavors. Really well done.

2018 Vintage

Appearance: A reddish yellow color with a medium-sized light-purple that dissipated fairly quickly. Good looking wild ale.

Smell: Tart cherries, lime and moderate barnyard funk notes. The cherry notes have a strong presence.

Taste: Tart cherries, lime notes, and mild ginger notes. The flavor notes complement each other well and the taste ends on a dry finish.

Mouth-feel: Body is on the lighter side of medium side with a moderate level of carbonation.

Overall: A good Bruery Terreux sour. I didn't know how the different flavor elements would work together but I ended up liking this beer quite a bit.

This is a collar with Rare Barrel.
Description lists this blended sour ale as aged in wine barrels with "cherries, lime, and ginger," but does't designate the type of wine. It's a beautiful golden elixir. Moves in the glass like a white wine with a few sparse bubbles. Smell is a smooth ride of sour notes with the ginger and cherries popping up a tad. The lemon seems to play with the fruit of what I'm assuming is the wine barrel (I think chardonnay or some blanc).
Flavor follows the nose pretty closely.
Mouthfeel is light and a bit slick on the finish.
Overall a very tasty blended sour.
