This tart wheat beer is aged in wine barrels. Terrell lists Chardonnay, Semillon, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This is a Hoarder's Exclusive. These initial ratings will probably change. I think the flavors will come together with a little bit of time, but for now I found it to be a confusing mix that's not on par with its cousin Summa Vitis.
