Pours clear pale golden color with a one finger get foamy white head with decent retention. Smells of overripe cheese, stinky socks, Stone fruits, acidic fruit, horse blanket, hay. Tastes of bold stone fruits that add a sweetness before giving way to tart acidic flavors, as well as earthy barnyard notes. The finish gives more stone fruits with equal parts sweet and tart linger. Medium body with moderate carbonation, foamy mouthfeel and tart finish

I brought this to March Madness 2019 based on leftpaw's raving about it.

Has an orange-ish like color more familiar to those 100ibu dipas from a decade or two ago. Pretty color but one more akin to a different style, good 1/3" white head on it and good retention especially for style. Aroma is like walking through an orchard, ah shit, that is the name of the beer, so much for independent thinking on my part. But yeah, there's a lot of overlap with this and the room for more series. Lots of nectarine here, apricot and lemon beyond that.

Taste is a delicious impact of fruit, very fruity, the farms/orchards they pull stone fruit from is legit. Always good. The caution with Bruery wilds is acidity, and while this one has it, it is not at a level that takes away from the beer. The body i is nice, 7.4% doesn't push heat or burn on you. Sure the sourness is about a 7.5/10, but the acidity is more like a 5/10. Its very good. Carbonated just right, malt and hopping to a minimum to showcase the fruit moreso. Well done.

A reddish orange color with a slight haze. Small white head that recedes quickly.
Sour, fruity aroma.
Sour taste up front, then sweet fruit. Nectarine and apricot. A little late funk.
Nicely sour, perhaps too sour for some, but I like it quite a bit.

A: Poured into a tulip to a bright golden orange that's a little hazy. The beer is topped by a finger of dense and slightly rocky white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing.
S: Smells of a nice sourness along with plenty of fruit notes from the apricot, plumcot, and nectarines.
T: Taste is a nice and bright sourness to kick things off before the fruit flavors come in strong with the apricot and nectarine notes, decent plumcot flavor as well with a little dry oak. On the swallow there's some nice clean maltyness and light funk along with another round of fruit flavors with some lingering sourness to really finish things off.
M: This beer has a moderate amount of body with a slightly syrupy feel. The beer is effervescent and adequately carbonated while the acidity ensures that this beer has a very dry finish.
O: Overall this was a really good beer. It had some great flavors and a nice amount of complexity. It may have been on the upper end of sourness for some folks but it worked well with the amount of flavor that the fruits offered along with some supporting notes from the base beer.

500mL bottle acquired through The Bruery’s Society. Released June 2018. Served in a Bruery teku. Enjoyed 11/22/18.

Pours a vibrant, opaque burnt orange with a short cap of loose, quick fading white froth.

Smells of sharply tart stone fruit, wet wood, Bretty funk and some earthy sweetness. Quite nice.

Even that nose could not prepare me for the puckeringly sour flavor. Bracing sour stone fruit, funky oak, old hay, limeade and earth.

Semi-chalky, medium feel with moderate carbonation. Tongue-tickling sour through the finish with notes of stone fruit and funky wet wood.

Thanks to The Bruery Terruex for putting together a sort of compilation of their Orchard series. The funk and stone fruit character truly shine.
