Had this March 3, 2018 in the tasting room. Pours one of those consistencies and colors that makes you seriously ponder whether this is "beer". It looks like thicccc orange juice with no head on it (hence moreso like orange juice). Smells like sweetened tropical fruit.
Taste, seems like they just used a juicer full of papaya, mango, apple, cherry, then threw in some vanilla and sugar. Its supposed to be a blended sour ale, but I don't get muich of anything in the way of traditional beer ingredients or significant souring going on. Its barely there and doesn't come close to balancing the sweetness.
Its like, it tastes good, but it doesn't taste like beer, and I drink some weird beers. This is practically juice. They look cool and they're different, but its far from a beer you can session and drink a lot of, despite its low abv. It just makes your palate think everything else is overly bitter in comparison, because it doesn't hit all those sugary sweet fruit notes.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
