Saison Du Rosa is the culmination of years of experience in crafting and perfecting the saison style. This super drinkable and balanced saison is perfectly complemented by the light floral characteristics of rose hips. Oak barrel aging, a smooth round vanilla kick, and the extra addition of rose petals will make you want to stop, chill, and smell Du Rosas.

A: Poured into a tulip glass to a golden yellow beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky finger and a half of white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of intense floral notes with some vanilla, funk, and sourness along with some hints of oak
T: Taste is floral and slightly peppery with a little vanilla, light tartness, and some oak. The floral rose notes are definitely the star though. On the swallow there's more floral rose flavor, lingering tartness, citrus rind, and oak.
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side but it does avoid being watery. Carbonation is lightly effervescent while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a really nice beer. The floral notes play well with the base beer while the smooth vanilla helps to balance the tartness a little. Very enjoyable and one I'd like to see come back.
