A: Poured into a tulip glass to a slightly hazy light golden orange beer which is topped by a slightly fluffy yet dense two and a half fingers of white head which retains well and leaves decent lacing
S: Smells of slight funk, hints of honey, a touch of bread, a nice lemon zest note, and some nice peppery notes
T: Taste is slightly tart lemons up front with some hints of funk, bready malt, peppery yeast, and another wave of funk with just a hint of oak. On the finish there's more slightly tart lemon, biscuity malt, slight chalk, some more funk, and some nice peppery notes on the very end.
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of things but it is not watery. Carbonation is effervescent and perfect for the style while the slight acidity gives this beer a drying finish.
O: Overall this is a pretty nice and enjoyable beer. Really good flavors and some nice complexity make this one interesting to drink. It would be nice if this one was in the regular rotation. It's also held up well to time.

Rocked this during a flight on the final Bruery trip in late February 2022. Still got a bottle of it waiting to crack for the Derby.
Pours yellow, lightly bright shade. Slightly cloudy. 1/3" white head. The aroma pops in different directions, yet all good, every which way but bad you could say. Show me the orangatang or however you spell it. Nelson hops but not to ipa levels, lemongrass, light woody tartness. Not sure what Ariana hops bring to the table. Unfamiliar. But the grand composition of the multitudes of aroma is quite nice.
Taste keeps on banging away on the awesome drum. Mouth feel is dry yet juicy somehow. Waves of light hay, lemongrass, hoppy dank, tart and sour woodiness. Citrus lemon, lime, orange. Has that orchard project vibe to it. Light bretty chalky dry aspect but fruity diversity helping that lemon sour edge. Light horse blanket left out in the sun.
I wish Bruery made more 6% beers like this. Seems like they make 18 18% beers for every one of these. Top reviewer, out.

On tap at the Bruery tasting room.
Clear yellow with white head.
Nose is a fun interplay of brett funk and Nelson hops.
Taste is more grassy and grain focused with some funk, lemon rind and hop bitterness.
Dry finish and medium carbonation.
Delightful.
