375ml bottle poured into a snifter
A- pours a ruby purple with a one finger foamy off white head that reduces to a film
S- some vinous red wine aromas, followed by lime peel, some acidic tartness, wet oak
T- Tart and tangy up front with some juicy red grape notes. Mid palate gives some zesty lime tartness, followed by a hit of oak. The finish gives more sour grapes with some barnyard undertones
M- medium body with moderate-low carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a tart finish
