Whew had to get this place re-opened to add a beer to the database, good customer service woot.

Pours a very light hint of golden to it. Is it all in my mind or can I actually discern this is a lighter malt bill than 100% barley? I think I can but all ego Ethan Page ain't the only one. Makes an impressive 1/2 white head with good retention. The aroma is a clean grain, rice doesn't really seem to impact much other than allowing the barley to shine moreso.

The taste is what lager/light beer territory would be like in a better world. There is this bright expression of grain going on, I guess sometimes less barley = more barley to the senses. The mouthfeel is plenty light, but the flavor profile is a great showcase for rice and barley, the hopping is only enough to keep it in the beer mouthfeel territory. These were such bangers in the summer, they went fast around the river and the softball park. The word refreshing can be cliche and trite but its as applicable to this beer as any other. Its ashame this beer will probably never be made again, but also ashame I will probably say that about a few beers in 2025.
