10/9/16...32 oz can direct from the brewery. Pours bright clear still with no foamed copper. Slight apple juice nose and some honey sweetness. Apple tart, hints of core bittering. Malty ale flavor that holds a subtle tartness. Sneaky alcohol hidden in the apples. Definitely not a cider, more refined.
