Had a pint from tap at the Orchard restaurant in DT Frederick, MD. Nice light stout. Felt more like a milk stout but without the sweet lacto. Good flavor, well balanced. It's a respectable light stout. Sessionable RIS is quite an interesting spin on the style. Get a few bonus points for creativity.
