The newer can states boldy “Bière Brut” but in any case it’s much more interesting and robust than any Blonde Ale. But without some Lithuanian research we’ll leave it at that.
Pours a clear light amber with plenty of foam in the tumbler. Sprightly and lush carbonation would also argue for the Bière Brut theory. Delicate fruit flavor is very enticing. Slightly sweet but tangy. My pick for best beer in the Baltics this time. From the 440 ml can purchased at the remarkable beer store around the corner from the big UAB Švyturys brewery in Klaipeda, Lithuania.
