Advertised as a fruit and brut IPA.
There’s a pink-hued orange amber color to this beer. Clear. Lasting dense, foamy head. Random streaks left on the glass as the beer is consumed.
Very dry aroma of fully spent malt. Almost earthy to the nose. Faint orange rind.
I wasn’t sure this was possible but this is a very dry (brut) and still fruity. There’s hints of berry and apricot. The body is neutral while the carbonation is elevated. There’s no notable hop but with dryness, the beer seems well-balanced. The fruit is subtle yet present. It’s unlikely to be available as one-time brew, but if you should come to find it, I would get it. Unusual and worthwhile.
