Bottle 27.01.16 with changed recipe - single hop Simcoe. Aroma of resins and flowers with little dose of citruses. Light yellow coloured beer, slightly hazy with tiny yeast particles. Two fingered, white head of small bubbles. Reduces to one fingered and lasts to end. Nice lacing. In taste sweetness of american hop with refreshing sourness, then breadiness. Very nice, strong aftertaste of pilsner malt. Herbal and resiny bitterness on medium level, not too long. Light bodied, thin textured beer. Medium low carbonation. Very good, extremely drinkable beer.
