Reviewed from notes, an 8 oz sampler glass served at the brewery tap room.
The cloudy yellow beer is served in a mall nonic glass with a nice 1/2" fluffy white head that recedes very slowly.
The aromas include some lemony citrus witha t hint of banana riding on the wheat background.
The flavors are much as expected from the nose with the lemony citrus, the hint of banana and a nice blend of tartness along with the sweetness from the grains.
The mouthfeel is medium bodied with a nice creamy mouthfeel from the carbonation.
On the whole a nice wheat beer which I could see having again. I'd like to see them package this one since there is bottle shop near me that carries some of their beers.

On tap at 2SP Newark - this brew starts with a wonderful fresh lemon zing - a hint of sugar and spices - very well balanced. Well carbonated, I loved the feel. May be a bit too citrus forward for some with this style - but I really enjoyed it.

Pretty good Berliner from the bowels of Aston, Pennsylvania (Philly suburbs). Got better with each sip, honestly. An excellent start for me, as this was my introduction to the brewery. Sampled on draft at the Wilmington, Delaware location on January 9th 2016. Looking forward to trying more brews!

A really nice weiss. Subtle lemon that developed more as I worked through the growler. Perfect summer grillout beer but I still hope this will be a year round beer. Well done 2SP!

Hazy in appearance on the nose is a strong yeast note. It has a nice sourness with a bit of a bread note. Nice amount of carbonation. Big citrus flavor.
