The lightly hazed golden beer beer is served in an 8 oz sampler glass with a very thin white head that soon becomes just small patches of foam.
The aromas include the Belgian yeast with a bit of banana and green orchard fruits backed up nicely by some earthy hops.
The flavors are as expected from the nose with the green orchard fruits, some sweetness, a hint of banana and the earthy hops.
The mouth feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
A reasonably good take on a Tripel and one I think I'd enjoy having again.

Fruity on the nose lots of lacing. A little bit of haze. Good mouth feel. Very sweet with the right amount of hops to balance the flavor. I am getting a little bit of pineapple In the mid palette.
