Appearance: Arrives hazy and amber colored with a two finger head; nice stickage and lacing action
Smell: Caramel forward with piney tones
Taste: Caramel malt forward with piney bitterness developing; undertones of tropical fruit (papaya, guava and nectarine) but the finish is rather sweet and malty
Mouthfeel Medium to full body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Surprisingly sweet in this day and age; reminds me of the typical DIPAs that were brewed about 10-15 years ago
