750 ml bottle poured into a tulip
A- A slightly hazy golden orange with a two finger white head
S- Chardonnay, tart, some oak, candied sugar, some bananas and pears, mild funk.
T- Funky, some chardonnay, oak, some light fruits, touch of green apples, some sweet bready malts, on the tart side.
M- Smooth, medium body.
O- Pretty solid with a year on it, was hoping it was going to be more sour but the funk and the barrel work nice with this.
