This new version of Solera is so much better than last year's! Vastly improved, with plenty of wood and wine presence plus all the notes you expect from a mild English Old Ale (malt, sugar, honey, raisin). Well done!

On draft
Very dark brown, some ruby colored highlights in the corner of glass. Aroma is malty, rich caramel, and a little boozy. Taste is similar, fairly sweet. Caramel, raisin, fig. Medium bodied.
