16 oz can poured into a pub-style pint.
Appearance
Golden amber. Good clarity. Chunks of yeast sediment float about.
Nose
Pink grapefruit, pine needles, zesty florals, and dank.
Taste
Pink grapefruit pith and zest. Pine needles and bright zesty florals. Subtle dankness with notes of lemon zest. Some onion lingers.
Mouthfeel
Medium bodied, crisp, oily, moderately bitter, and off-dry.
Overall
Bright and zesty. Very pungent. Grapefruit, lemon, and pine. Great utilization of the Cascade hops and a nice return to the old school.
