750 ml bottle poured into a tulip
A- A clear golden copper with a two finger white head.
S- Wheat, tart, some chardonnay, oak, bretty funk, some pear, slightly earthy.
T- Wheat, brett/funk, some peppercorns, a little earthy, tart, some chardonnay, some pears.
M- Smooth, light to medium body.
O- A nice brett saison with a very nice touch of barrel character. 9.5% ABV is very well hidden.
