This is our 2SPils aged in Bluecoat Gin barrels for 11 months. During the aging, the liquid evaporated leaving a more concentrated outcome, and the beer soaked up some of the gin that had previously saturated the wood. The end product is still crispy and grassy, but now, with pleasant characteristics of fresh white oak and spicy botanical.

A- A slightly hazy golden copper with a two finger white head.
S- Citrus, pilsner malts, a little grassy, gin, oak, juniper.
T- Juniper, pilsner malts, citrus, some sweet malts, oak, floral, a little grassy.
M- Smooth, medium body.
O- An interesting beer, ABV is well hidden, gin barrel adds a lot of fun and unique flavors.
