Enjoyed a pint at the Crust and Craft in Rehoboth Beach, DE 7-27-23 for $7.

Beer was served a pale gold with a nice white head.

Nose was crackery with a touch of spicy floral hops.

Taste is very nice, the light crackery malt base displays the spicy Saaz hops leaving a nice bitter finish; 7/10 on my bitterness scale.

Mouthfeel is very light and very refreshing.

Overall, this is well made and hit the spot after a long stretch of doing the tourist museum thing.

This beer is local for me and I have had quite a few of their IPAs. Nice to get fresh and this Pilsner appealed to me for the summer. Loved the mouthfeel and taste is very true to the style. I think this compares favorably with other high-rated pilsners like Victory Prima.

2SP Brewing Company "Koruna"
12 fl. oz. can coded "11/09/22 17:19" and sampled on 03/06/23
$2.49 @ Total Wine & More, Claymont, DE

Notes via stream of consciousness: A slightly hazy golden body is capped by a thumb's width of bright white foam. The aroma expresses grassy Pilsner malt and floral and spicy Saaz hops. If it looks like a Pils, and it smells like a Pils... it must taste like a Pils, right? Well, it does. The flavor simply follows the aroma with a solid bitterness to balance the grainy sweetness of the malt and lead it to a dry and spicy finish. In the mouth it's medium bodied and crisp as expected. At 4.6% ABV you could drink a few of these. Nicely done.

Local lagers labeled 'czech' will always catch my eye. I've had two or three lagers from this brewery and thought they were decent. upside down pour directly into pilsner urquell 0.5l mug. Billowy, lasting head that dissipates after a couple minutes, leaving behind a thing layer on top of the beer. great lacing, smells close to style, saaz hops and diacetyl. Taste follows, this is one of the more well done USA versions of a czech style'd pale lager. Would recommend.
