Poured from the can into a tulip glass.
Bit of a mixed bag in the looks department. Peach like orange, and somewhat pinkish light at first, but a top up brings end of trub in the can bottom darkness, and opaques the beer considerably. Chewy thick orange, with actually a bit of nice creamed slightly bigger than usual collar that stays populated.
Aroma is a nice strawberry puree, but also a surprising amount of pie dough like biscuit sweetness character. It comes off a bit like boxed pie, but can't say I am dissapointed. Finally some of the sourness kicks in and actually takes it towards rhubarb flavors nicely. Funk and sourness on the nose is a bit underplayed though.
Palate manages a little bit more but not by much. Bit of a wet weak body, light touching stawberry, but considerably more of a truly sour note finally. Finishes with some cookie like biscuit, but doesn't have the matching rich thickness and flavor the aroma seems to hint at. Flat touching carbonation it feels like also.
Passable but not really memorable.
