A hazy bright straw color with a beautiful thick head that leaves a little lacing.
The nose detects hints of lemon citrus.
Flavor is of an earthy malt, and lemon zest.
Surprisingly the yeasts banana and clove notes are muted. Mild hops bitterness.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with abundant carbonation. The finish is crisp and dry with a little carbonation tickle.
