The best beer I've ever had! This beer had us visiting only restaurants and locations that sold this. We've introduced it to so many people. This is a beer for even those who don't enjoy beer!

On draft, in pint glass

Very hazy yellow golden in color, white head. Huge citrus aroma - orange, grapefruit, lemon. Taste is similar, very fruit juicy, and quite sweet. Citrus rind aftertaste. Medium bodied.

 

Picked this up for around two bucks. Pours a rather hazy yellow color with a rockin inch plus of foam. Smells of straight up fruit juice orange and lemon peel with just a hit of floor cleaner. Taste is better than the smell light beer funk mixed with some sugar candy and a touch of grapefruit sourness. Mouth feel is good no offensive taste light to medium easy to quaff.

Overall a bit artificial and candy like but a decent summer brew. Not bad!

This is the fruitiest, girliest beer I've ever had that still somehow...felt like beer. Super grapefruity. Super citrusy. Bubbly, summery, and chuggable. My wife tried to pry it from my hands, and if I were a real man--all chivalrous-like--I would have given it to her. But I enjoyed it too much. Good stuff. Buy it again I would.

Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of grapefruit soda, some oranges. Taste is the same, some sweetness, light grains are present. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a good, thirst quenching beer that would probably be great on a hot summer day.

Cloudy & flat - almost no carbonation. Virtually no head. Pale, thin, like water. Tastes like bad Pez

Looks good smells great...taste is ok, not really like a beer more like a...well i dunno but not like a beer!...

 

 

 

 

 

 

I can't remember when I was so schizophrenic about a beer. On the one hand, it smelled really good of oranges and grapefruit, tasted like oranges and grapefruit (which I love) and hand a good mouthfeel - crisp and tangy. However, the brew reminded me of a simple shandy (which I'm not a huge fan of.) So what am I to do? Split the difference. Decent look, taste, and feel, real good scent, but overall - it's a shandy (not very high on my list.)

My wife asked me to submit this review as her BA app wouldn't load for some reason. So this is her review not mine.
She liked the grapefruit small and the cloudiness like a unfiltered wheat the lacing was nice and it left a thin film head. She liked the summer grapefruit taste and really liked that it was refreshing for summertime. Even though it's not my type I did take a sip because I was doing the review for her For a Summer beer it's quite good. But I would not buy it because it's not my style. The bar manager stated it would make a great car air fresher because of the smell.
If you like a wheat summer lite ale it's worth the try
