Crucial Aunt is basically our flagship double IPA Crucial Taunt with a ton of natural mango purée and nectar added to it. We used over 100 lbs of mango purée for a 15 BBL batch. We also increased the Citra on the dry-hop addition to enhance the citrus/fruity aromatic component. This is our most fruit forward beer we have release so far. The mango presence is ridiculous!

A- A hazy orange with a two finger white head.
S- Mango, citrus, citrus zest, earthy, a little dank.
T- Mango juice, citrus, some pine, a little dank.
M- Smooth, medium body, carbonation is on the low side.
O- A nice mango NEIPA, hops still have a nice bitterness on the back end.

Pours hazy orange with white head
Aroma is huge mango and peach, lemon, hops
Taste is pure hop juice, so much tropical fruit, mango, peach, grapefruit, heavy hopped, little dank in the finish.

Really hazy peach color with off-white head. Aroma is quite dank and vegetal with some sweet fruit in the background. Taste starts sweet and quite fruity but gets more bitter and dank towards the finish. Light to medium body but feels quite smooth. Overall it's a really nice DIPA but I would like more mango.

Poured into DFH IPA glass
L-Looks like an orange julius with a big head of foam......hazy, golden / orange, floaters.thick lacing
S-big green grassy / piney hops and mangoes, lemons....pineapple sweetness
T-Similar to the nose.......citrus hops, mango, slight alcohol burn.....some pepper towards the finish.....grapefruit rind in the finish that provides the bitterness
F-MEdium.....mild carbonation......creamy, silky
O-Very drinkable for 8+ABV......
