The aroma is standard-issue gose - a canvas of wheat is splashed with notes of sea salt and lacto. Nothing too crazy, but the increased focus (though subtle) on salinity earns it some brownie points. Notes of saline and lime wash over the palate initially. Lacto is very subtle near the middle, adding depth without creating excessive pucker. Lime (along with lemon) re-asserts itself near the back end nicely. The finish is also tea-like, which is a great thing when combined with the citrusy notes. It's light and dry finishing as it should be, with lacto making it seem a bit chalky (also style-appropriate). I dig this one - the only real niggle is that it's straightforward slightly to a fault.

Poured from a crowler canned 12/14/16, the beer is a slightly hazy, yellow-orange coloring with a low profile, clingy, white head. Aromas of lime, lemon, white grape, and salty highlights. Flavors are lemon and lime heavy forward, very citrusy and slightly acidic, with a white grape must and solid salty follow. Bold bodied, with a crisp, slightly acidic undertone. The aftertaste is a blast of lemon and lime juice, with a solid salty highlight that never leaves your palate. The finish is smooth, slick, and acidic. Solid.
