Can dated 1/4/17, poured into Belgian ale glass.
L: 2F+ head with good retention and cap and ring. Lots of sticky lacing. Beer is a clear copper with some chill haze.
S: Grapefruit and lemon peel from the Galaxy hops, plus pilsner malts and yeast. Pretty good.
T: Pretty much follows nose. Nice slightly bitter citrus up front and then mediated by the malts into a less bitter finish.
F: Light bodied, medium carbonation. Good drying, nice and crisp and clean. Easy to drink and nicely constructed and balanced.
O: I keep saying the lagers and Pilsners are catching up to the ales and this is another example.
