Extra Kreme is a collabo with our Massachusetts family @trilliumbrewing. Extra Kreme is an 8% Oat DIPA. Brewed almost with 100% Oat malt, Oat flour, and Oat milk(thanks to our friends @ellwoodsrva for the assistance on that). The mouthfeel on this one is insane! Hopped intensely with Simcoe Lupulin powder, Citra Lupulin Powder and pellets, and a touch of Australian Enigma(think a cross between Nelson and Galaxy) hops.

Pours out a turbid/hazy bright yellow.
Aroma is citrus, tropical fruits and some dankness too. Smell is very good, but also not as aggressive as I would like.
Taste begins with tropical mango and pineapple notes and some dankness, but quickly turns into straight yeast dryness/burn. Tastes like the beer didn't finish conditioning. Have come across this in others in the style when they are too fresh.
Medium bodied, creamy, creamy mouthfeel, kinda thick actually. No alcohol burn.
Needed some conditioning before releasing this beer. Just doesn't taste like a totally finished product.
