You guys seemed to really like the cask we made for the release of the original batch of Oreo Hornswoggler, so we decided to scale it up and DOUBLE the batch. We took our 7% robust chocolate milk stout Hornswoggler and conditioned it on hundreds of pounds of Oreo cookies and hundreds of pounds of Reginald's Homemade Bourbon Pecan Peanut Butter. If you like Oreo cookies or peanut butter, this is a must try.

Messy. Sediment and chunks of crap floating and settling in the glass. Frothy, fizzy - can't retain head with all this sludge in the beer. Mouthfeel was loose and foamy. Somehow, despite the modest ABV, it still had a boozy finish. No bueno.

This is a delicious dessert beer. Thick creamy mouthfeel, almost like a milkshake. All of the adjunct flavors work really well together. The bourbon pecans give it a great barrel aged flavor.
The can was 2 months old when I opened it, had to pour a little back in and swirl it around when I noticed a black sludge at the bottom. Must have been oreos, it tasted more chocolatey afterwards.

Thx to Buddha for the hook up on this one. 16 oz can. Pours dark chocolate brown with finger brown head that fizzes away almost immediately. Lots of little white Oreo floaties with an oil sheen across the top. Aroma is lacto sweet and peanut butter cream. Similar taste, syrupy sweet with nice balance of semi sweet peanut butter. Slick oily feel. Great dessert brew.

Pours a dark brown with thick lacing on the glass. Smells of chocolate and peanut butter with hints of Bourbon. I taste more of the Maple than is in the aroma, but chocolate and peanut butter is more apparent. Smooth finish with some Bourbon noticeable in the aftertaste. Solid beer overall, much like a boozy peanut butter cup.
