Can from 5/23/16 release poured into Behind the Veil glass.
Hazy orange golden beer. Big head good retention with lots of lacing and a cap and ring. Smells of ripe tropical and citrus and dank earthiness. Taste follows nose with some malt to temper the hops. Finish still comes out a bit bitter, but not overmuch. Medium body, decent carbonation, drinks very nicely and balance is quite good.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a tulip glass (1 week old). Appearance is a hazy yellow orange with 2-3 finger thick head (good retention). Smell is pineapple, citrus/tangerine, grassy, lemon, dank (tropical but not overly hoppy).
Taste follows the nose with very well balanced hop flavor and tropical notes, not too hoppy but pretty juicy. The green hop flavor is excellent. Bitterness is low and the sweetness is low to moderate. Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy with fairly low carbonation, nice bite in the finish.
Overall this is an excellent NE style IPA considering the 6.0% ABV. Haze and juiciness are on point, but I would prefer even more hop flavor. A 7-8% ABV ddh version would be unreal, but this IPA is perfect for the summer.

Smell: big lemon lime thing going on along with some yogurt orange and mango.
Taste: This is a super clean tasting beer lemon and lime throughout along with a little bit of mango and orange with this underlining crackery malt. Some of that yogurt as well. The beer finishes with some orange and grapefruit zest to give it the beer a nice biterness.
Feel: Full bodied a moderate creaminess and extremely crushable.
Overall: 2 veil beers tonight and I'm really impressed!
