The beer pours a nice white head and creamy head that dissipates at a moderate pace but finds a nice equilibrium that keeps enough of it to cover the surface. The beer itself is a clear pale gold color that looks really clean and really nice.
The smell is decent. It has a decent rice note with the yuzu note underneath it. The yuzu note is very acidic and citrusy; it resembles the in-between of an orange and a grapefruit.
The taste is good and interesting. Unlike the smell, the yuzu is really strong and overpowering such that it is a very tart note mixed in with a wooden and red grape note with a bit of vinegar in the finish to it. The rice also makes an appearance to give it a creamy and milk like taste that lingers past the finish even though the more acidic and tart notes dominate it.
The feel is very good. It has a medium light body and a clean milky texture with biting carbonation.
Overall, this is a pretty good beer worth trying. It's definitely off the beaten path in terms of flavors so I wouldn't bother unless you were feeling adventurous.
