Hornswoggler - Single Origin Coffee

For this Hornswoggler variant, we teamed up with fellow Richmond roasting company Blanchard's Coffee Roasting Co.. We sampled a bunch of their single origin offerings and really dug their Colombia El Obraje.

Notes from Blanchard's on this coffee:"Colombian coffees tend to feature a mouth-watering juiciness, and the El Obraje does have that quality, but it is secondary to deep, rich, raisin sweetness combined with a baking spice note. The coffee is jammy and reminiscent of chess pie, with a lingering, sweet aftertaste."

We used 3x times the amount of coffee on this batch of Hornswoggler than we did with Snozzwired. This is just EXPLODING with intense coffee both on the aromatics and palate.
