16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 3/20/2018. Pours opaquely murky green color with a 1-2 finger dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/lightly tart/tangy apricots, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, green apple, melon, white wine, hay, straw, grass, sea salt, wheat, cracker, light lacto funk/pepper, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of apricots, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/lightly tart/tangy apricots, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, green apple, melon, white wine, hay, straw, grass, sea salt, wheat, cracker, light lacto funk/pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy apricots, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, green apple, melon, white wine, hay, straw, grass, sea salt, wheat, cracker, light lacto funk/pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of apricots, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with minimal puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartnness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, fairly acidic/tangy/tannic, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.1%. Overall this is an excellent fruited gose! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of apricots, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish. Not overly lactic or salty. Insanely enormous apricot presence; with spot on base style balance. A very enjoyable offering as expected.

Ok so I know I need to definitely stay away from the triple fruited additions then. This crosses the line for me from tart beer to just tart viscous fruit juice, much prefer the single fruit additions
