The Special Combo DIPA series is an exploration of variables in the brew process for us. This series will allow us to experiment with different hop blends, different malt profiles, different yeasts, different water treatments, etc. We will refrain from releasing too much information about each Combo in an effort to reduce subconscious persuasion and allow you to truly enjoy each deliciously joosey treat. This one clocks in at 8% and contains a hop combo we have never used before and fermented with a yeast strain that is not our standard house strain.

Pours a damn perfect murky dark yellow with a towering (again perfect) head. Off-white, leaving lots of cute skirts of lace around the glass.
Aromas of both sharp and dull orange, orange cream, lemon peel, faint spicy grapefruit.
Flavor is equally resiny and juicy. Lots of orange, every part of it - even its soul; spicy peppery grapefruit, light pine, biscuit malts, tangerine.
Feel is creamy and resiny, with a sharp carbonation and a resiny finish.
Overall, a knock-out IPA. This is where it's at.

Pours dark orange with nice white head. Light tropical aroma with a bit of hops. taste is ripe melon, mango nice creamy full bodied. I like that this does not taste like the cookie cutter Veil IPA well done.

The malt bill appears to me fractionally darker than others, but still the same chalky opaque pour and high acid hoppy flavor profile. This one falls somewhere in their endless dipa line
