L — Pours a deep hazy red with two fingers of reddish pink head produced with moderate pour. Good retention and lacing. This straight up looks like beet juice
S — Raspberry, blackberry, beet, lemon, lime, blueberry, kiwi, lactobacillus, strawberry, banana. Smells exactly like a fruit smoothie
T — Blackberry, raspberry, rhubarb, wild blueberry, strawberry, currant, cranberry, hibiscus, sour apple….. and any other similar fruit you can think of. That’s basically it. Little bit of booze, which is surprising for the ABV. Lactose acts as a good backsweetener to fill in for the fermented fruit sugars
F — Medium- mouthfeel, medium+ carb. No difference from drinking a carbonated fruit puree medley
O — This one is tough to give an overall to since it’s so non-beer like. Could probably create a similar beverage just by combining fruit spritzers with a little vodka. Absolutely killer summer beer, though

Don’t really drink many sours but I enjoyed this a lot. Definitely got lots of blackberries and a nice sour touch without being overbearing. Actually think the lactose helped me to enjoy this more than other sours because it was so smooth and creamy. Would definitely drink more sours if they were like this.
