Our chocolate Milk Stout is aged in bourbon barrels for over a year then conditioned with coffee, vanilla, and natural flavoring. Your favorite rich, viscous, chocolate Milk Stout provides the vehicle for the classic White Russian cocktail. Think Count Chocula cereal with Kahlua as milk.

The beer pours absolutely no head and no lacing whatsoever even with a hard pour in a glass with a nucleation point to it. The beer itself looks very delicious though with its dark chocolate black color and milky texture.
The smell is really good. There is a bitter coffee note that comes upfront alongside a sweet milk chocolate and creamy note. There is a slight vanilla note alongside the bourbon towards the finish.
The taste is just as indulgent as the smell. The main note is the sweet and sugary milk chocolate that dominates most of the taste but has the coffee sneaking in and out during the middle and finish. The chocolate really does come off what you get from chocolate cereal mixed in milk. The bourbon is present through all of the beer but comes out more in the finish. It is a very sweet stout.
The feel is pretty good. It is a heavy bodied beer and very creamy without any carbonation.
Ridiculously simple, over the top, and very delicious.

This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small brown head, and not much lacing.
This smells honestly ridiculous. I get Cocoa puffs, vanilla creamer, sugary latte, Kahlua, milk chocolate, light bourbon, and hazelnut.
They absolutely nailed what they were going for here- it's really like a stout version of a White Russia. It's like if you spiked your Cocoa Puffs with Kahlua instead of milk, basically. It's definitely sweet, but doesn't feel artificial. There's not a whole lot of barrel, just a touch of bourbon sweetness, and just tons of coffee, vanilla, some hazelnut, caramel, and coffee creamer. This is pastry stout at its most patently absurd.
This is medium bodied, chewy and deliciously creamy, with a good level of carbonation and drinkability.
This is honestly so dumb, but so tasty. You can't deny how delicious this is.

L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a half inch of creamy, tan-colored, very long-lasting head. Good lacing.
S: A solid aroma of chocolate, malt, cream, and vanilla as well.
T: Tasted of a bit of malt (not overly prevalent), a tinge of vanilla, a lot of milk chocolate (definitely the dominant part), a bit of char, and a creamy quality as well. On the whole, a sweet and smooth flavor. It's certainly more chocolatey than a lot of milk stouts, but it still works. Creamy, sweet and tasty.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a super smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: For the most part, this is a likable beer. Worth a shot.

Pouring a cellar temp 16 oz can into my snifter. The beer pours a dark cola brown with no light passing through my glass. A dense fizzy tan head of 2 cm foams up on the pour but quickly fades to the thinnest of edge layers.
The aroma is present from the pop of the tab with lots of roasted malt, coffee and some vanilla, plus milk chocolate and a little charred note mixed in. Pretty robust nose and complexity is good too. Nice start to this one.
The first sip reveals an average body with silky smooth texture and very fine carbonation. Easy drinking slightly coating beer here.
Flavor is all malt with roasted notes and coffee mixing with some milk chocolate notes and maybe a little cherry cordial flavor on the finish. The hops dont show and the ABV is hidden as well. I also get a little bit of a spicy character that strikes me as a bit of anice, this flavor lingers a bit, but in general is very mild.
I like this malty roast stout and am glad to have tried it. Id like to compare with the original version to see what the differences are between the base beer and this one. Definitely worth a shot if you are a malty!
