Reviewed as a mystery beer courtesy of CanConPhilly.
Upon cracking the top I was hit with a tart citrus. The pour reveals a slightly hazed yellow orange with two fingers of white head.
The citrus hits hard, orange, lemon, lime. Then comes a spiciness that to me is pepper and coriander. A tart lacto sour aspect is there too.
The taste follows pretty well with the citrus leading the way. The tartness is there as well along with the spices.
Medium bodied with a creamier feel than I associate with most sour beers, good carbonation levels.
Overall a tasty beer that is quite enjoyable in the sunshine and 82° of this late morning in GA.

Enjoyable sour that has simple hints of the milk, lactose, and spice while the base fruit and sour drive the beer.

The beer pours a white and foamy voluminous head that dissipates very quickly. The beer itself is a hazy orange yellow that looks pretty nice.
The smell is good. The almond milk dominates the nose but it's fairly soft such that the other notes like the lime and various other spices that give it a good flowery smell and a light funk to it.
The taste is good. The almond milk is still present but it isn't as strong as the lime and orange that mix very well together such that it's hard to tell them apart. The almond milk adds a nice creamy sweetness to the beer.
The feel is good. t's a fairly creamy but still acidic and a slightly dry finish.
Overall, I thought this was a pretty good and one of the most interesting beers that I've come across that falls into I like it but not super obsessed.

L - 2-finger fluffy white head atop a translucent yellow body. Looks like an ipa.
S - cheesy funk, exotic fruits, citrus.
T - intense. Orange, lemon, and lime sprinkled with curry spices. I get coriander and tumeric but I’m sure there are others. Clean middle. No bitterness. Moderate-low sweetness. No booziness.
F - light body with moderately high carb.
O - one of the strangest sours I’ve ever tasted. Very hard to rate. I like it but I don’t “like like” it.
