smells like doughy malts, dank resin, pine, herbaceous quality. palate opens up with a pithy pine quality and earthy dankness, there is sweet doughyness throughout that balance with the bitter character. the hop character is bitter and almost astringent but there is also substantial fruity flavors of orange sorbet, grapefruit, mango. pretty solid beer. became a bit over the top astringent and harsh as it warmed.

Pours a hazy yellow with fine, soapy foam.
Smell is juicy and sweet with notes of orange, mango and a hint of pine and grass.
Taste is fruity and intensely juicy, with notes of mango, oranges and peach. Hints of licorice on the finish along with a little bit of booze.
Mouthfeel is full, soft and pillowy with good carbonation.
Oerall, a superbly drinkable Triple IPA, with the trademark The Veil mouthfeel.

Hazy bright yellow color with off-white head. Aroma has overripe pineapple, lemon candy and other fruit notes. Taste is also green and hoppy with overripe fruits and quite intense bitterness on the aftertaste. Medium body and carbonation. Quite easy to drink for it's high ABV.

Poured a cloudy yellow-orange body with one-finger head. Aroma is slightly funky with mainly a tropical fruit type smell. Strong beer, slightly bitter, crisp finish but no alcohol bleeding with an acidic and juicy fruit snap to it. Another well-balanced and enjoyable beer from The Veil.

Light and fluffy in appearance, clouds on a base of orange haze in the snifter. Grassy notes on the nose, with peach, blueberry, and apricot. An enjoyable melange of hops, skillfully mixed as The Veil usually does. No trace of this being 11%.

Canned on 08/27/18. First from the Veil in awhile.
The color on this is awesome. A deep orange-hued golden yellow. Some frothy head sits gently on top, but as I sipped not much lace was left behind.
The nose is bursting with sweet citrus and overripe tropical fruit. On the back end there is only the slightest hint of hops and booze, but predominantly the aromas for this beer are absolutely killer.
Big bold flavors hit your pallet right out of the gate. The booze and bitter hops fight for the spotlight with overripe mango and tangerine. The zesty citrus and sweet tropical fruit work perfectly together and compliment those earthy/grassy hops and stinging booze. It finishes slightly bitter, but overall an incredibly smooth 11% TIPA. You really do get the best qualities from each hop variety used in the beer (Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Nelson).
Soft, creamy mouthfeel with a medium carbonation and juicy finish. Warm booze greets your stomach as it settles.
