16oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours a deep purple color with a one-finger foamy white head, it looks like beet juice, quite unique
S- lots of dark berries on the nose, dark blackberry and bold black currant. It smells like a slightly tart smoothie
T- fresh juicy blackberries and currants up front, taste just like a fresh smoothie. There is a slight tartness at the mid-palate, the finish gives more sweet dark berries
M- medium body with slightly viscous body leads to a foamy mouthfeel and finish
O- the berry notes are super fresh and drinks like a fruit smoothie, unique and delicious

Essentially a blackberry smoothie with some earthy currants for contrast and just a slight tartness. It is definitely sweet, not sure I could have more than one or two, but it is a great fruit-forward beer
