CAN
Milky tan with puffy head; lime, chopped scallions, + honeydew plus lots of cut grass; slight porridge, big slice of papaya, humming oily citrus peel edge, lemongrass + carambola, some overripe pear, then mandarin + melon end; soft.
Galaxy + Nelson

Dec 10th canning; that’s 3.5 weeks old. All light green notes on the nose - no heavy dank or tropical, though it gets a bit stickier as it opens. That follows on the sip - not a ganga bomb; very Southern Hemisphere. Smooth and intricate - only, at 6%, hops hit like an APA, not an IPA. I’ve heard great things about Veil so I think I want to try these guys with some American hops.

This began with a lot of that white wine Nelson character but quickly succumbed to the citrusy galaxy hops as it warmed. There was an unpleasant hop burn that I've seen more prevalent with galaxy hopped beers. Overall, this was good, but I did not like that one bit.

Fantastic NEIPA. Layers and layers of fruit and resin. Smooth feel with decent body. So good.
