A blend of Mixed Fermie and spontaneously fermented Lambic-inspired beer conditioned on 600 grams/liter of whole Montmorency and Dark Sweet Cherries. It has an incredible layered flavor of cherry pie, musty funk, oak, and an elegant acidity.

Poured from a bottle into a snifter glass.
L - Pours a reddish color with a slight pink head that dissipates quickly.
S - Smells of red wine.
T - Tastes tart and viney, with a nice cherry on the finish. With the tartness, it gives off a cranberry vibe.
F - Light to medium tartness, with a medium body and lightly carbonated.
O - Very nice tart cherry wild ale.

The beer pours a nice pink fizzy head that dissipates quickly but leaves some around the inside of the glass. The beer itself is a delightful looking clear cherry and ruby red color that is deep and good looking.
The smell is good. IT has a nice tart and sweet cherry note with a light funk and slight hints of a oak and tannin that get lost in it. It's a good smell that is interesting but not overly complicated.
The taste is similar to the smell but different. The cherry notes are there but are a bit more subdued with a funk note coming in the front and the cherry sweetness coming out more in the finish and lingering a bit more afterwards. The red wine notes and oak notes are still there and come out with the funk more than the cherry. There is also a vinegar finish as well.
The feel is good. It is a medium bodied beer with a very smooth and slightly silky texture. There is very very light carbonation to it and a slightly dry feel in the finish. The overall feeling is a bit vinegary and acidic.
Overall, this is a good wild ale and a mild one that should please wild ale lovers and casual fans alike.
