16 oz can purchased at brewery.

L: Little to no white head with poor retention and no lacing. Beer is a thick, solid orange.

S: Apricot for days. My goodness. A bit of passionfruit sneaks in there.

T: Follows nose and we are talking pure fruit smoothie with just a very hint of alcohol. Don't really pick up the normal Gose elements like coriander and saline but who cares?

F: Pretty full bodied with mild carbonation. Fruit taste really lingers on the palate. ABV dealt with nicely, perhaps even dangerously. It does pack a punch after 16 oz. Just really great.

O: Man this is something special. Just a yummy thick apricot bomb. Reminds me a bit of the Berliner Miami Madness.

How in the world is this beer 11%? I’d swear it’s less than 5% the way it goes down with no booziness and super-clean finish. Rasberries dominate but no cloying sweetness at all, with the most mild touch of tart, malt and carb. Only thing I dinged this beer on from perfection was the aroma. Rasberries are for-front but there is that hint of sulfur in the background you get with Gose brews. Other than that (very minor) this beer is perfection IMO for a fruit forward brew.

L: Had this beer on-tap at Growlers to Go - Short Pump, poured into a snifter glass. Had a blood red color and a thick, viscous consistency. There was a thin, off white, foamy head that quickly dissipated. Pretty good lacing.

S: A sweet and enticing aroma of raspberries, citrus fruit, malt, and sea salt.

T: Tasted of a mild bit of malt (mostly in the front), a bit of citrus fruit (lemon, for even more tartness), a giant heap of raspberries, and a pinch of sea salt. An extremely sweet, tart, and fruity flavor. It's dominated by the raspberries, but it still manages to work. Lively and quite delicious.

F: A fair amount of carbonation with a vibrant finish. Medium-bodied.

O: A wholly enjoyable beer. Drinkable.
