Poured from tap at Craft 60 as a darker amber than expected for a NE. Some citrus but got grassy notes which again not exactly what I expected from a NE. Beer is good just again not what I want from my NE’s.

16oz can poured into a SA perfect pint
A- pours a hazy murky orange with a one-finger creamy white head that has great retention
S- predominately citrus on the nose; tangerine, grapefruit zest. Undertones of grass, green melon, a hint of pineapple
T- grassy green hops up front with compliments of green melon and pineapple. Mid-palate brings out juicy tangerine and zesty grapefruit. The finish gives more green melon and pineapple, lingers of green hop notes
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel that continues into a silky finish, high drinkability

The beer itself is a cloudy pale yellow that looks good and inviting. The smell starts off with a sweet and strong pineapple note with a light grassy pine hop note that cuts straight through it and creates a nice contrast between the fruity and bitter. The taste has a milky creamy pineapple alongside a light orange note that finishes with a bitter pine note. The body is medium with a creamy feel to it with some slight heft.
