On tap at Other Half Rochester in Bloomfield, NY.

This one pours a hazy looking light purplish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like orange peel, sour blackberry, milk sugar, citrus, and vanilla.

This is a solid take on the style, but it's not quite HVB level. There's a lot of softly sour blackberry flavor, a touch of candy orange, and lots of lactose. It's super soft but kind of artficial on the back end from all the lactose.

This is medium bodied and very creamy, with a pretty good level of drinkability.

This will never be my favorite style, and HVB does it better. This is still worth a look, though.
